From a family tradition that began in 1948 with Angelo Bergamaschi, our company has accumulated experience in various sectors of trade, also becoming for some years seasoners of Grana Padano and Parmigiano Reggiano.

From a family tradition that began in 1948 with Angelo Bergamaschi, our company has accumulated experience in various sectors of trade, also becoming for some years seasoners of Grana Padano and Parmigiano Reggiano.

Since 1985 we have been members of the Grana Padano Cheese Consortium, and since 2013 our company has been among the companies in Italy in possession of the license for the grating activity of Grana Padano. Since then we have increasingly specialized in the production of grated cheese and are able to satisfy every production need in compliance with the standards imposed by the Protected Designation of Origin.

Since 2021 we have joined the Pecorino Romano DOP Consortium, thus allowing us to further expand the range of our products. products.

The underlying strategic objectives have always been production quality and flexibility. For this reason, Bergamaschi srl, thanks to the presence of an internal staff for the study and creation of fine mixes of grated cheeses, guarantees professional collaboration with customers.
